Visit a lively local market and the famous Tra Que vegetable village, where you’ll pick fresh herbs straight from the garden. Time: 8:30 AM – 13:00

Transportation: Vintage Army style motorbike/scooter/Vespa – driver – petrol for entire journey.

Each guest rides pillion on a vintage Vespa driven by an experienced local driver, so you can simply relax and enjoy the ride through rice paddies and peaceful village lanes where buffalos graze and locals greet you with warm smiles. Along the way, stop at a lively market to see daily life unfold and learn how to select the freshest ingredients.

The journey continues to Tra Que vegetable village, where farmers still grow herbs and vegetables using traditional methods. Stroll through the fragrant gardens and hand-pick fresh herbs that will later bring extra flavor to your dishes.

At a charming garden restaurant, a friendly local chef welcomes you and guides you step by step in preparing three signature Hoi An recipes: Green Mango Salad with Shrimp, Crispy Pancake, and Caramelized Fish in a Clay Pot.
